What do the plans actually differ on?+
Only capacity, the number of active events you can run at once, attendees per event, and team seats. Every feature is included on every plan, even Free.
How does WhatsApp pricing work?+
Each plan includes a monthly WhatsApp message bundle (200 on Free, 1,000 on Growth, 4,000 on Pro). Beyond that, credits are a flat ₹0.99 per message, valid 6 months. You can also connect your own WhatsApp API and skip our metering entirely.
Is there really a free plan?+
Yes. Free covers one active event, up to 100 attendees, with the full feature set. No card needed to start.
Can I pay per event instead of subscribing?+
Yes. Pay-per-event is a one-off purchase with every feature included, valid 6 months, priced by the attendee count you pick. Ideal for a single conference or a one-time event.
What payment methods do you accept?+
UPI, cards and netbanking via Razorpay. All prices exclude 18% GST, which is added at checkout and shown on your invoice.
Do you support white-label?+
White-label (removing EventFloww branding from your site, emails and WhatsApp) is an optional paid add-on, and is included on Enterprise.
