Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EventFloww platform, websites, and services operated from Hyderabad, India. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. The service

EventFloww provides software to create event websites, manage registration and ticketing, run check-in, communicate with attendees over email and WhatsApp, and analyze events. Features and limits depend on your plan, as described on our Pricing page.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account, your team members’ access, and keeping credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Plans, billing, and taxes

Billing terms:

• Subscriptions (Growth, Pro) are billed monthly or annually in advance via Razorpay. Annual plans are charged for ten months (two months free).
• WhatsApp messages beyond your monthly bundle are charged at a flat rate per message; purchased credits are valid for six months.
• Pay-per-event purchases are one-time charges valid for six months, with capacity based on the options you select.
• All prices are exclusive of GST, which is added at checkout and reflected on your invoice.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. The Free plan and a free first event let you evaluate the platform before paying.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Send spam or unlawful, deceptive, or harassing communications through the platform.
• Upload unlawful content or infringe others’ intellectual-property or privacy rights.
• Attempt to breach security, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.
• Use the platform to violate applicable laws, including data-protection and anti-spam rules.

6. Your content and data

You retain ownership of the content and attendee data you put into EventFloww. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service. You are responsible for obtaining the consents needed to collect attendee data and to message attendees over email and WhatsApp.

7. Third-party services

The platform integrates with third parties such as Razorpay, Twilio/WhatsApp, and email providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

8. Intellectual property

EventFloww, its software, and branding are owned by us. Removing the "Powered by EventFloww" branding requires the paid white-label add-on or an Enterprise plan.

9. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for non-payment. On termination, you can export your data for a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted subject to our retention obligations.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
